Click on the "Change high DPI settings" option. My only account is also the Admin account, so I chose this anyways. The "Change high DPI settings" option is at the bottom of this window, but click on "Change settings for all users" if you are using an account that also isn't the Administrator. Now you should be able to select other tabs in the "Properties" window since "Start in:" actually points to an existing folder. Instead of creating that folder, I renamed the "Start in:" directory to "C:\Program Files\Logitech Gaming Software\SDK". I checked that folder, and lo and behold that folder wasn't where the "Properties" window said it should be. The directory automatically chosen during installation for me was "C:\Program Files\Logitech Gaming Software\SDK\Updates". The "Properties" window should show the "Shortcut" tab by default I had it where if I click any other tab, an error message would display, saying something along the lines of "the Start-In directory does not exist" or something similar.Right-click again on the option "Logitech Gaming Software x.xx" (mine was 9.02).

After downloading the software, pin it to the Task Bar.

Here's a step-by-step guide to fix the LGS window resolution: I downloaded LGS fresh from this site, and only made changes in the app to macros and data feedback.
